Photoshop Tutorials - How to Create Filmatic Look

First of all, open Photoshop.

 And, open your image

 After you opened it, go to adjustment>levels.

And then, go to brightness and contrast option.

 Image Adjustmen>Hue and Saturation

then duplicate the layer and desaturate it,

turn the blending mode to overlay,

and then create a new layer, fill it with black and then use erase to erase the middle part of the picture.

Then, it will look like this .
