Create A Mysterious Fantasy Portrait In Photoshop

 First of all open photoshop,

And go to filter>gaussian blur

now go to image>levels

open model stock footage

create a new layer with blue colour

create a mask over the lip area to highlight it

open the butterfly stock footage

and erase the background with background eraser tool

click on move tool and drag the butterfly image to our portrait

go to image>color balance

go to layer blending option

then go to inner shadow

then go to outer glow option

Now go to brushes option and make these settings

create a new layer and take the brush tool to create some sparkles over the butterfly image

Now go to blending mode of the layer and select outer glow

duplicate the layer

change the blending mode to color dodge

use the eraser tool to erase some sparkles to make it look realistic
